By accessing or using PIOL Radar™, PIOL CertPath™ and PIOL StrategyOS™ (“the Services”), operated by PIOL (“we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Description of Service

PIOL is a intelligence platform that provides access to service platforms, AI-powered analysis, and compliance monitoring tools. The Service is intended for business professionals in all industries.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per individual; account sharing is not permitted

4. Subscription and Billing

  • Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, bi-annual or annual basis
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
  • AI usage is subject to per-tier token limits as described in your plan

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures, rate limits, or access controls
  • Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest data from the Service
  • Resell or redistribute Service data without authorization
  • Submit content that violates our content policy (harmful, misleading, or malicious content)
  • Attempt to manipulate AI outputs through prompt injection or jailbreak attempts

6. Data and Content

Our Data

Our data presented in the Service is sourced from publicly available databases. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or timeliness of this data. Always verify critical regulatory information with official data sources.

AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content (chat responses, drafts, templates, white papers, board packs) is provided as a starting point for professional review. It does not constitute legal, medical, or regulatory advice. All AI-generated documents should be reviewed, customized, and approved by qualified personnel before use.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant us a limited license to process your content to provide the Service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Service provides regulatory intelligence and data analysis, NOT legal advice or medical advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making regulatory, legal, or clinical decisions based on Service outputs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to regulatory penalties, inspection outcomes, or business losses.

9. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from Settings
  • Deleted accounts enter a 30-day grace period before permanent removal
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or notice on the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
